Austin attorney says ICE shooting victim’s wife ‘devastated,’ kept in dark

An Austin immigration attorney who told KXAN Investigates she represents the victim of Sunday’s Immigration Customs and Enforcement shooting has identified him as Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, 28, who entered the country “a couple years ago” from Venezuela.​
