Central Texas dog daycare owner, van driver arrested for animals’ deaths

The owner and an employee of a Central Texas dog daycare facility are facing charges of animal cruelty from the Hays County Sheriff’s Office related to the deaths of two pets in their care, according to arrest records filed this month.​
